As a SWEP supplier:

SWEP partners with suppliers that contribute to our long-term success through quality, innovation, competitiveness, sustainability, and operational excellence. We continuously evaluate potential suppliers based on business needs, capabilities, compliance, and strategic fit. While we are not actively sourcing suppliers in all categories, we welcome introductions from companies that believe they can create value for SWEP.

All potential suppliers are assessed through our supplier qualification and onboarding processes.

Requirements and expectations

To be considered as a supplier to SWEP, orgnaizations should be able to:

Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements
Alignment with SWEP's/Dover´s Supplier Code of Conduct
Commitment to ethical business practices, human rights, and environmental responsibility
Reliable quality, delivery, and service performance
Certified management systems where applicable, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Product and industry-specific certifications where required, such as PED and ASME for applicable materials and components
Compliance with product and material regulations, including REACH, RoHS, and other applicable requirements
Supply chain transparency and material traceability where applicable
Ability to provide required product, compliance, and sustainability documentation
Support for supplier qualification, due diligence, compliance reviews, and audits
Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and value creation

Additional requirements may apply depending on the supplied products or services, supplier category, regulatory requirements, and business risk.
