With a broad range of reliable, compact brazed plate heat exchangers, SWEP offers solutions for nearly every industrial oil-cooling need, including hydraulic, engine, transmission, and lubricating oil cooling. SWEP BPHEs are ideal for all types of oil-cooling applications where space is limited and maintenance access is restricted. Our BPHEs can even cope with highly viscous transmission oil.

SWEP BPHEs are designed to withstand the tough operating conditions of oil cooling duties, including the heavy mechanical loads common in engine and hydraulic applications. They feature robust connectors that can tolerate the extreme vibrations generated in these applications.

Using water to cool hydraulic oil is one of the largest industrial applications for brazed plate heat exchangers. SWEP solutions include a wide range of copper brazed BPHEs – from the small-capacity B5T and 10T to the large-capacity B427.

Specialized SWEP AsyMatrix plate design maximizes system performance by delivering optimal heat transfer at low water pressure drop. SWEP AsyMatrix™ can optimize both the oil channels and the high-flow water channels of the system, making it possible to build extremely compact oil-cooling solutions.

SWEP Sealix™ plate protection to minimize copper leaching
SWEP Sealix thin-film technology provides a protective SiO₂-based layer on all inner surfaces and micro cavities of the heat exchanger, which efficiently minimizes copper leaching into the cooling oil.

SWEP All-Stainless™ technology
SWEP All-Stainless technology enables a 100% copper-free product range, using brazing material that mimics the composition of the stainless steel plates. Designed for demanding applications where copper is not allowed or where it reacts with the fluid, our All-Stainless range is suitable for high temperatures and aggressive oils.
Designed for tough oil-cooling duties
The SWEP B5T enables efficient heat exchange in applications with small flows and extreme demands for compactness.
The SWEP B10T and SWEP B25T deliver efficient heat exchange solutions across a wide capacity interval and are quick and simple to adapt for numerous applications.
The SWEP B120T has been specially developed to operate in demanding heating and industrial applications, including water-to-water applications and oil coolers.
