Work life: I love being part of something bigger – SWEP and our customers are helping to save energy and emissions—and therefore the world. 

I am passionate about finding ways to better serve our customers and strengthen our organization. Discovering innovations, understanding new global trends, and seeing the SWEP team develop in response is what keeps me going. Making a positive impact, working with interesting projects, and being part of SWEP culture has kept me happy for 23 years.

Home life: I am a family person. I spend most of my spare time outdoors, hiking, skiing or growing vegetables in my garden. If I’m indoors, I like to watch sports. I could probably win a quiz about the Olympics.

With SWEP: 2 years

Work life: I prefer to spend my work time in areas connected to creating a better and more sustainable world. I continuously strive to develop both companies and people and to build what’s right – and then make it available in the real world.

Home life: I like spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy nature, skiing, good food, music, and insightful discussions.  

With SWEP: 16 years

Work life:  To me, SWEP represents sustainability – one of my core beliefs.  At SWEP, we truly do contribute to sustainable communities, through our products, people and operations. And we do it in collaboration with our customers and suppliers. I am proud to part of the journey.

I’m passionate about driving improvement and keeping SWEP agile and open to development. No one knows what the future will bring, but if we continue to evolve, we can be part of it. 

Home life: I charge my batteries at home, with my family. I love to be outdoors, hike, and play beach volleyball. When the weather is inhospitable, I spend my free time on an indoor volleyball court, either coaching or cheering. 

With SWEP: 24 years

Work life:  Our market is constantly evolving, and our ability to stay in touch and deeply understand our customers’ needs is a key factor in our success.

Our ability to connect their needs with the innovative solutions that SWEP can provide keeps me going – and continuously feeds my passion for this business. Our ability to reduce worldwide CO2 emissions is another driving factor.  

Home life: I’m a social person. Spending time with friends and family gives me energy. My garden is a peaceful place for me to relax and read books.

Work life: I thrive on driving change and helping organizations grow. At SWEP, my focus is on building a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated, while supporting our mission of energy efficiency and sustainability. I am passionate about creating an environment where people can thrive, perform, and innovate. Seeing teams develop, embracing new trends, and shaping a culture that makes a real difference motivates me every day.

Home life: I love adventure and sports. Whether it’s exploring remote landscapes by snowmobile, hiking in the wilderness, or skiing in the mountains, I enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. I also have a passion for tennis and have been playing for many years—continuously working to improve my game.

With SWEP: 2.5 years

Work life: I really enjoy supporting the global energy transition, knowing that SWEP’s products make planet Earth a bit healthier.

I’m thrilled to see how technological advances can support and help SWEP. As we enter the new era of generative AI, we will see big transformations. We already see benefits in how people interact with AI in their personal lives.

Home life: I’m an avid traveler and explorer, who thrives on discovering new places and meeting new people. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, working out, and mountain-biking. Downhill skiing is my true passion –the thrill of speed and beauty of the mountains. And I love to spend time at our summer house, perfecting the art of BBQ. 

With SWEP: 15 years

Work life: SWEP’s work will have a big impact on the future. Our customers, using our products in their systems, can make a big difference to energy consumption and the environment. Together, we’re working toward a better world.

What we do internally also makes a difference – that’s why we manufacture our products in an efficient, sustainable way. But before we start, we need to make sure the market knows about SWEP and what makes us the natural choice.

Home life:  I live in a small town in the center of Scania with my wife and three children, a girl and twin boys. Football is my passion. My boys and I watch games together, and I coach their team.

With SWEP: 21 years

Work life: From the first day I joined SWEP, I have been impressed by the company’s ability to save energy through product and process innovation, while consuming fewer resources. Challenging efficiency has been true from the beginning – and still is.

I am dedicated to using SWEP’s innovation and expertise to help customers succeed, for the ultimate benefit of end users. The urgency of our work increases in tandem with the risks of climate change.

Home life:  Work life offers lessons and experiences that can improve non-work life, including well-being and relationships, and vice versa. I spend time being physically active, and keep in touch with friends and family whenever possible. When I travel, I enjoy cultural diversity and nature.

With SWEP:  15 years

Work life: I enjoy working with the multitude of customers and markets we serve. You could spend an entire career learning about just one of our markets.

As a general manager, I talk with sales one minute, operations the next, then HR, finance, and my boss later on. To me, the variety of relationships and situations is really motivating. I also enjoy the challenge of converting the ‘Americas’ market to efficient BPHEs.

Home life:  My family is dedicated to helping others, working with several groups at our church. We believe that every child deserves a real chance at life and are fostering a 4-year-old child in our home. We’re inspired by something that is bigger and better than we are.
