Governance and high ethics – business sense

Besides complying to global and local laws and regulations, all employees follow the Dover Code of Conduct. All employees receive mandatory, regular training to understand and uphold our ethical standards. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption.

Transparency and ethics

Transparency is not only welcome but essential to advance SWEP’s ethical commitments in our governance model. We offer a well-established whistleblower hotline, accessible in all local languages where we operate. It is administered by a third party and reports are investigated in alignment with our owner, Dover. Retaliation against individuals who make reports is not tolerated.

Quality materials, solid operations, fully compliant

Our solutions are fully compliant with regulations including REACH, RoHS and TSCA – verified through supplier declarations and sample testing. All SWEP production sites are certified according to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. These demand thorough, standardized processes that ensure the quality and sustainability of our operations. In addition to frequent internal reviews, all sites undergo annual independent audits to verify compliance and drive improvement.
